Free no obligation 30-minute intro session, delivered at your home in Warragul. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. No sign-up required to try your free session — and if it's not for you, no pressure to continue. We'll talk through your goals, run a fun and engaging light first session, and build a plan that actually fits your life. Delivered by a Certified IV Personal Trainer, First Aid/CPR qualified and NDIS registered.
